A former Australian Rules Football player with Southport, Adelaide's Norwood Club and the University of Queensland, Angus has been involved with most areas of the Club's operations - especially football, marketing, membership and the search for new licensed premises since being elected.

He is married to Lindy and is father to Ben and Charlotte.

He was formerly the State Secretary of the Labor Party in Queensland where he was the campaign director for Premier Peter Beattie in 2001 and 2004.

He currently serves as a Director of Labor Holdings and Brisbane-based communications company Communicator 1.

Milner brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in dealing with legislation and regulation at all levels of government and will assist the Lions Board in a number of these areas.

She has continued to be re-elected over the year by members.

Linda started her business career with the ANZ Bank in Brisbane and enjoyed a stint in Sydney with the Bank of Tokyo. She then spent a number of years with Brisbane-based merchant bank Graham & Company Ltd establishing their secondary mortgage market operations.

She holds a Master of Commerce (Finance) Degree and also a Bachelor of Economics.

MICK POWER - DIRECTOR

Mick Power is one of Australia's leading businessmen with more than 40 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, construction and property investment.

He founded the BMD Group in 1979 and has since grown it into the largest private civil construction and development group in the country.

In addition to his incredible business achievements, Power has been heavily involved as an active Board Member of other notable organisations including the Southbank Corporation, Greg Norman Golf Foundation, The Mater Children's Hospital Research Appeal & Leadership Gifts, Queensland Surf Lifesaving Foundation, Northcliffe Foundation and is an Honorary Ambassador for the City of Brisbane.

Mr McGregor said a desire to see the Lions return as a dominant force in the AFL led him to join the current Board.

"I've spent 40 years supporting the Lions, first as Fitzroy then Brisbane," he said.

"Like all our players and staff, I hope to play a role in ensuring the return of the Lions as a force in the AFL."
