Community Requests

The Brisbane Lions AFC endeavours to assist as many schools, sporting clubs, and not for profit businesses involved in the game as possible, as well as charities and individuals with a connection to our Club.

Each request will be considered on its individual merits.

In most instances assistance will not be made repeatedly to the same organisation or individual, or to third party fundraising activities. Priority is given to our established Community Partners and those with a strong connection to our Club.

Autographed Items

If you would like an autograph, come along and enjoy one of our training sessions or fun days and request a signature from your preferred player. The Brisbane Lions AFC is unable to accept any merchandise to be signed on your behalf and takes no responsibility for the receipt, return, or safe keeping of any such item/s sent to the Club.

Donations (Tickets & Merchandise)

A limited number of match tickets and merchandise items may be available for special requests.

Financial Assistance

The Brisbane Lions AFC is not able to offer financial assistance, cash donations, or monetary community sponsorships. If you're a member of our LIONS@springwood social club, and a Logan City Council resident, you may be eligible to submit a grant application.

Player Appearances

A limited number of player appearance requests may be considered for special requests.

Request Process

If your request is on behalf of an organisation, you will need to include a cover letter, on company letterhead with an appropriate authority, with your Player Appearance or Donation Request forms. If your request is to raise funds, you also need to provide recognition of our support, and details of your outcomes on the Results Form.

Requests must be submitted at least five (5) weeks prior to your requirements or they will not be considered. Applications cannot be lodged via the website but can be emailed, faxed or mailed.
