Details:

Round 4 is the Brisbane Lions' family fun day! Don’t miss out on the best family event of the summer as the Lions lock horns with the Fremantle Dockers at South Pine Sports Complex.

Expect plenty of fun family activities over an action-packed day. You’ll have a chance to meet your favourite players from both the Men's and Women’s teams, plus there will be an obstacle course and jumping castle! Mum and Dad will also be looked after, with a DJ playing music and great food and drink options throughout the venue. Make sure to check out the XXXX Bar!

After an exciting match, look out for your favourite players giving away footballs and signing autographs, then head on to the field like your AFLW heroes for McDonald's Kick to Kick post-match!

Gates open at 12.00pm with the U18 AFLW Lions and Suns Academy playing each other in a curtain raiser beginning at 12.30pm. 

Parking:

There is ample free parking at the venue and surrounding areas. There may be a short walk required from parking to the ground.

Public Transport: 

Unfortunately, this venue isn’t serviced by public transport. However, is accessible by taxi or Uber.

Round 6 v Collingwood Magpies

Moreton Bay Central Sports Complex, Burpengary

Details:

AFLW makes its debut in Burpengary, at the Moreton Bay Sports Complex! The Brisbane Lions will be taking on Collingwood in their last home game of the regular season for Round 6 of the NAB AFL Women’s Competition.

There’ll be plenty of great activities and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy including a kids zone with face-painting, hairstyling, temporary tattoos and awesome inflatables, a DJ and great giveaways. There will be a range of food options to suit even the fussiest eaters, and great drink options available at the XXXX Bar. 

Head down nice and early to catch the Brisbane Lions Academy team take on the SUNS before the main event takes place.

Parking:

Parking will be available at the reserve on the corner of Uhlmann and Morayfield roads in Burpengary. Free shuttle buses will then take you to the ground.

Free shuttle buses will run from Morayfield train station.
