The Brisbane Lions will unveil two more new faces tomorrow night when they take on Richmond at the Gabba.

Darcy Gardiner (Pick No.22 at the 2013 NAB AFL Draft) and Luke McGuane, who was recruited to the Lions via last year’s trade period, have both been named to make their first appearance for the Club.

McGuane will face his old side in his first Senior hit out since injuring his knee late in the pre-season. Originally from the Gold Coast, McGuane played 105 games for Richmond before arriving at the Lions as a free agent in 2013.

Gardiner will become the Lions sixth debutant this year, joining Nick Robertson, Tom Cutler, James Aish, Lewis Taylor and Michael Close.

Also returning to the side is midfielder, Ryan Lester, who was an emergency for last week’s clash with Port Adelaide.

The Lions will be without injured ruckman Matthew Leuenberger (knee) and Pearce Hanley (hamstring), while Ryan Harwood has been omitted.

The Lions take on Richmond at the Gabba, tomorrow night at 7.50pm.
