Jed Adcock answered questions from fans immediately following the team's Round 9 clash with St Kilda at the Gabba.

Please find below a transcript from what was said during the Q&A session.

Jed Adcock: Hi Guys, Jed here, ready to answer your questions.

Red: What happened out there this arvo mate? Such a promising first quarter.....

Jed Adcock: Hi Red, allowed them to run on in the 2nd qtr and couldn't stem the flow, started to peg them back but probably ran out of legs.

Steve: Hey Jed, well played today, what do you and the boys do for recovery between the completion of the game and now?

Jed Adcock: Hi Steve, we will be getting our fluid and diet right from now, then we jump in the ice baths, a good night's sleep tonight then a bit of swim in the morning.

Red: Still enjoyed watching the team play as always, better luck next week, keep up all the hard work :)

Jed Adcock: Thanks Red

Jackie: Hi Jed! How is the hamstring? Will you miss any games?

Jed Adcock: Hi Jackie, the hamstring is fine, little bit tight in the calf, hopefully pulls up fine in the next few days and then be right to go next weekend.

Alex: Hi Jed! Give Ryan Lester a pat on the back, superb 3 week from him! What went wrong after Q1 today

Jed Adcock: Hi Alex, yeah Ryan has been terrific the last few weeks, definitely stepping up for us. Probably only the 2nd qtr that was bad, gave them too many easy goals and just ran out of legs at the end.

KG: The team made 40 tackles which is an extremely low number. Is this from lack of effort or is it a structural issue? St Kilda seemed to rebound from defence with little pressure on them.

Jed Adcock: Hi KG, yeah, it's a low number for us, it's important that we slow them up as much as possible, wouldn't it's lack of effort or structure issue, more technique.

Bogdan: Better luck next week mate and hope your leg is alright.

Jed Adcock: Thanks Bogdan

Adam: What areas do you think Leppa is going to focus on improving in the next few weeks?

Jed Adcock: Hi Adam, areas for improvement going forward will be individual skills and decision making and consistent messaging with our game plan.

Alex: Will be ups and downs with a young team. Good luck next week!

Jed Adcock: Thanks Alex

Jake: Who is the best at AFL Fantasy / SuperCoach in the team? And who would be the most likely to have themselves in their team? :) Well played today also! Unlucky on the result, almost had them..

Jed Adcock: Hi Jake, personally i don't play SuperCoach or AFL Fantasy, but pretty sure Josh Green is 9-0 in his league, pretty sure he has himself as captain every week too.

Bogdan: Hello Jed. Do you think that the loss was caused by the number of injuries or exhaustion? Or both?

Jed Adcock: Hi Bogdan, loss came more through the 2nd qtr than injuries or exhaustion.

Nic: Hey Jed good signs today from Nick Robertson, Lewy Taylor and Lester. Leppa must be encouraged by the young players. Where do you see Harris playing up forward or back? When will Merrett be back?

Jed Adcock: Hi Nic, yeah, those three have been very good the past month, probably see Harris playing in defence for the rest of this year unless injuries force him up field. Rodge will hopefully be back after the bye.

Jackie: Are Mayesy, Dan McStay and Pearce a chance to be back from injury next week?

Jed Adcock: Hi Jackie, hopefully all three a chance to be back playing.

Jed Adcock: Thanks guys, got to run and continue with my recovery. Thanks for all your questions.
