Brisbane Lions CEO Greg Swann has featured in a new video promoting the Brisbane Lions Raffle – which closes in just over 1 week.

In the video, Swann gives an update on the club’s steps towards building a new Elite Training and Admin Facility and the important role it will play in the community beyond just housing the Brisbane Lions men’s, women’s and administration teams.

There are many stakeholders involved in the planning of the new T&A, ranging from sport to government, education, business and the community sector.

The Brisbane Lions Raffle also plays a role, with funds raised from it helping to get the new T&A developed. Funds from the raffle will also develop the new Brisbane Lions women’s team and Hyundai Help for Kid’s Lions Academy, which has produced players like Harris Andrews, Archie Smith, Ben Keays, Reuben William and Eric Hipwood. The Academy will also introduce a women’s program in 2017 and will eventually be based at the new T&A.

20 prizes collectively worth over $67,000 are up for grabs in the raffle. Tickets can be purchased for $20 at lions.com.au/raffle
