The Brisbane Lions 2017 campaign kicked off today with the 1-4 year players returning for the beginning of pre-season.
The session, held at Queensland Sports and Athletics Centre (QSAC), was the first opportunity for our new Senior Coach, Chris Fagan, to take the players through their paces and see the boys in action.
After a quick team meeting, the boys completed a warm-up before enduring a 3km time trial which proved quite testing under the strong Queensland sun.
Following this, they were taken through several skills sessions, more running drills and a recovery session in the pool.
