Tom Rockliff (MID, $714,000) finished on top of the ladder following the Round 7 clash against the Swans with a season-high 167 points. The impressive score is consistent with Rockliff’s efforts throughout the season, averaging on a score of 129 points per round. Standing in as captain for Dayne Beams, Rockliff delivered a stirring performance with 32 disposals, 11 tackles and two goals. Following his extraordinary game, Rockliff sits on top of the AFL Fantasy ladder with 904 points this season, recognised with his Round 7 price change increasing by $13,000. Marco Paparone (DEF, $387,000) made an impressive return last weekend scoring 106 points. The Round 7 game marked Paparone’s 50th game and first senior game for the 2017 season. Paparone’s versatility was vital to the Lion’s fight, making 28 disposals and nine marks.

Lion’s ruckman, Stefan Martin (RUC, $607,000) was once again ranked in the Lion’s top five this week, scoring 104 points. Martin secured 21 disposals, 10 kicks and four marks during the Round 7 match. The 30-year-old averages on 110 points per round and is ranked 18th within the 2017 AFL Fantasy season.

Speedy midfielder Dayne Zorko (MID, $659,000) scored 97 points during the Round 7 match, a significant improvement from his lowest score this season secured during the Round 6 match only a week earlier. Zorko is ranked 11th within the 2017 AFL Fantasy season and averages on 115 points per round. Zorko made 21 disposals, five marks, six tackles and a valuable goal in the third term.

Ryan Lester (FWD, $383,000) received a $15,000 price increase following his Round 7 performance. Lester secured his season-high score of 94 points, just short of his career-high score of 106 points secured against the Swans in 2013. Lester was influential throughout the Lions’ fight in Round 7 with two goals and one behind.
