Tom Rockliff will make his return from injury in Saturday's match against Fremantle at the Gabba.
The midfielder missed two matches with a dislocated shoulder, suffered in the team's loss to Hawthorn in Tasmania in May.
Rockliff trained strongly at the Gabba on Thursday afternoon and was named for the first time since Round 8.
Senior Coach Chris Fagan has also recalled Ryan Harwood.Harwood, who has played the majority of his career as a defender, was switched into attack in the Lions' NEAFL win over Redland a fortnight ago.
He kicked five goals in a half and finished with six for the match.Ben Keays and Matthew Hammelmann will make way for the returning duo.

Daniel McStay will play his 50th match for the Club. He made his debut in Round 15, 2014 against North Melbourne.
