There could be up to four changes to the Brisbane Lions side for Sunday's match against the Carlton Blues at the Gabba.
Key defender Darcy Gardiner has been named to make a return from injury.
Gardiner has missed the Lions' past two matches after dislocating his elbow in Round 15 against Essendon.
Marco Paparone, Michael Close and Jake Barrett have been named on an extended interchange bench.
Paparone and Close have been in excellent form in the NEAFL over the past month. Paparone last featured at the Senior level in Round 13, while Close’s last appearance was in Round 9.
After being omitted from Senior side ahead of Round 16, Barrett picked up 35 disposals and kicked a goal in Lions last NEAFL match two weeks ago against Aspley.
Josh Schache and Ben Keays have both retained their spots in the side after strong performances against Richmond last weekend in their return to the Senior level.
The Lions final 22-man team will be named at 5pm tomorrow (Friday).
Nick Robertson has been omitted due to a one-match suspension.
Bounce down is at 4.40pm on Sunday. Don't forget, the Lions NEAFL side is playing beforehand at the Gabba at 1pm.
