Josh Walker has been named at fullback, with Ryan Lester shifted from the wing to centre-half forward.
After being called up to the Senior team for Round 2, Cedric Cox, Rohan Bewick and Rhys Mathieson have all retained their spots in the side.
Captain Dayne Beams will play his 150th match on Saturday while Nick Robertson will play his 50th.
