Hey there Lion cubs!

It's me, Bernie 'Gabba' Vegas, the coolest mascot in the AFL inviting you to join me and some of your favourite Lions players at one of our awesome school holiday clinics to say thanks to our most loyal supporters.

Telstra AFL Community Camp Some of the Lions players and AFL Queensland staff will be there to give you some footy tips, there will be some unreal prizes and giveaways, merchandise will be available for sale and I will be there to cheer you on! The clinic is absolutely free and is available if you are aged between 5 and 15 years old. Numbers are limited and positions will be allocated on a first in basis. That means you'll have to get a parent or guardian to fill out the form below and return it to me as soon as you can to make sure you don't miss out on all the fun!

Due to limited positions being available we will only be able to accept your registration at one clinic - one clinic per child.

You must be registered to participate - once we receive your expression of interest a wrist band and medical indemnity forms will be sent out. You will be required to return these forms and wear the wrist band on the day to participate in the clinic. WITHOUT PRIOR REGISTRATION YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE!! EXPRESSION OF INTEREST MUST BE RETURNED A MINIMUM OF FOUR DAYS PRIOR TO EACH INDIVIDUAL CLINIC.

If you haven't already signed up as a Lions member it is not too late! Membership staff will be available on the day should you have any queries regarding membership.

Come to the Coorparoo Clinic on Wednesday 21 January and purchase your 2009 AFL season footy boots! Puma experts will be available at this clinic for boot fittings and to provide advice on their range of footy boots.
