Daniel Rich and Jack Frost have been busy in the kitchen cooking up some delicious Paleo Hero granola bars this week! 

These granola bars are the perfect snack or breaky on-the-run. Loaded with healthy fats and protein, these bars will keep you feeling full and satisfied and are just sweet enough. The added gelatin not only supports your gut, hair, skin & joints but is a fantastic source of pure protein.

Things you Need
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbs gelatin powder 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 cup honey 
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil/ghee/butter, melted 
  • 3 cups Paleo Hero Muesli (or Choc Granola) - you can use an alternative
Method

Add water to a bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top. Allow to bloom for a few minutes.

Add honey, coconut oil and cinnamon to a small pot and gently heat, add gelatin mix and heat until smooth. 

Add the muesli to a bowl and pour over the melted gelatin mix and stir well to coat everything. 

Line a baking tray with baking paper, pour in the muesli mix and press down well with the back of a spoon. 

Place in the fridge for at least four hours to set before cutting. 

Can be stored in the fridge for up to 10 days or the freezer for up to three months.
