AFLW Team Announcement: Lion queen returns to tackle Dees in Qualifying Final
The Brisbane Lions AFLW side have made one change ahead of their Qualifying Final against Melbourne at IKON Park this Sunday.
Skipper Bre Koenen returns from a hamstring injury, playing her first game since Round 9 with Sophie Peters making way.
Taylor Smith and Courtney Hodder are both set to play their 75th AFLW games.
Eleanor Hartill, Shanae Davison, Ellie Hampson, Neasa Dooley and Lily Postlethwaite have been selected on the interchange.
Poppy Boltz, Rania Crozier and Sophie Peters have been named as the emergencies.
The Lions travel to Melbourne in Week One of the 2025 NAB AFLW Final Series to take on the Demons at IKON Park from 12:05pm (AEST) this Sunday afternoon.
