Nine Hyundai Brisbane Lions Academy players were lodged with the AFL today as potential bid selections for this year’s 2013 NAB AFL Draft.

Archie Smith and Jonathan Freeman – who were recently invited to take part in the upcoming Draft Combine – were among the Lions’ selections, along with Isaac Conway, Aden Rutledge, Lewis Radford, Cain Tickner, Hayden Bortoli-Simmonds, Nick Jackson and Sam Gribble.

Any of the Lions Academy players listed above are eligible to be taken at the Father / Son and Academy Bidding meeting on Monday 7 October.

The Club, however, will need to decide which (if any) players they might wish to nominate by the Friday October 4 deadline.
