Protein Muesli Bars

If you get a spare half an hour during the week or on the weekend, I suggest you try whipping up some of these protein bars.

They’re great for a snack and this recipe will make enough to last you a whole week.

Prep Time:
 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Serving: 8-10 bars

What you need
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tbsp Honey
1 medium Banana
1 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Almond Meal
3 tbsp Coconut, shredded
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 scoops (60g) Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup Almonds or nuts of your choice
1/4 cup Sultanas (can also use other dried fruit like diced apricots or cranberries)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Combine Almond Milk, Honey and Banana in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and add the mixture to the tray, pat down so it is evenly spread.
- Bake for 25 minute or until centre is firm.
- Allow to cool a little then cut into desired size servings, I normally get 8-10 serves
