Dayne Beams’ (MID, $524,000) massive performance against the West Coast Eagles resulted in 144 AFL Fantasy points, which was his second 140 plus performance in a row, and just one point shy of his season-high of 145 points. The Lions skipper tallied 41 disposals, nine clearances and four inside 50s, with the performance ranking him fourth overall in the league for Round 19, behind Tom Hawkins, Aaron Hall and Taylor Adams.

Ryan Bastinac (MID, $456,000) had easily his best AFL Fantasy performance of the year against the Eagles, finishing with a season-high score of 120 points. Bastinac gathered 28 disposals and took the ball inside 50 five times.

Providing plenty of rebound out of defence, Daniel Rich (MID/DEF, $424,000) recorded 103 AFL Fantasy points, which was his highest score since Round 3. Rich grabbed 32 disposals and had a team-high seven rebound 50s.

Stefan Martin (RUC, $509,000) had his best AFL Fantasy performance for a couple of months, collecting 113 points. Martin finished with 50 hit outs, six clearances and two contested marks.

In the absence of Dayne Zorko, Lewis Taylor (FWD, $443,000) spent plenty of time in the midfield against the Eagles, resulting in a season-high score of 109 AFL Fantasy points.

Young gun Alex Witherden (DEF/MID, $423,000) made it six straight weeks of 20 plus disposals since his debut, just the seventh VFL/AFL player in history to make such a start. Witherden finished with 28 disposals for an AFL Fantasy score of 103 points, the first time he has cracked the ton.

Cedric Cox (DEF, $272,000) and Josh Schache (FWD, $264,000) both had strong matches which saw them record season-high AFL Fantasy scores of 82 and 76 points respectively.
