Sophie Conway is a welcome inclusion into the side as the Lions prepare to take on Collingwood this Saturday at Moreton Bay Central Sports Complex.

The Rising Star nominee will provide another option up forward, after kicking three goals in her three games for the Club.

Emma Pittman has been named for her second game after making her debut two weeks ago.

Megan Hunt returns to the side for her first game since the Club’s Round 1 victory against the Adelaide Crows.

Unrelenting defender Nicole Hilderbrand will miss the match after suffering a head knock in last Friday's loss to Melbourne.

Jordan Zanchetta and Gabby Collingwood have been named as emergencies.

With just two games left in the AFLW season, Coach Craig Starcevich says wins are crucial for a consecutive Grand Final berth.

“Every game from this point onwards is critical for us,” he told FoxFooty.

“These last two weeks are really like semi-finals.”

Saturday’s match at Burpengary will be fans last opportunity to watch the team play on home soil this regular season.

“Being our last home game, it’s important to get a lot of support around our team and I think we play a brand of footy people like to watch,” Starcevich said.

“Our team needs to win so there’s a lot of things that makes this game appealing to come and watch.”

Gates open at 12:30pm with the match starting at 3:35pm.

Entry is free and there will be plenty of great activities and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy including a kids zone with face-painting, hairstyling, temporary tattoos, awesome inflatables, a DJ and great giveaways.

After the game, look out for your favourite players giving away footballs and signing autographs, then head on to the field like your AFLW heroes for McDonald's Kick to Kick post-match!
