2018 AFLW Grand Final
12.35 pm AEDT, Saturday, March 24
Ikon Park, Melbourne

Missy Higgins to sing at AFLW Grand Final

Fresh off the back of opening for Ed Sheeren on his Australian and New Zealand Tour, Missy Higgins will perform in the lead-up to Saturday's clash. The nine-time ARIA Award winner says she is honoured to be opening the exciting event.

"I grew up as a huge footy fan, going to matches all the time, and at one stage I was even the only girl in my primary school footy team, so I'm super-excited and honoured to be playing the AFLW Grand Final," Higgins said.

AFLW Members will have priority access to the venue for 30 minutes prior to the general public, only from 11am-11.30am AEDT

Entry will be at all gates upon presentation of AFLW membership cards via a dedicated queue at each gate during the priority period.

After this time, all queues will be open for the public/non-members to access the venue.

Lions AFL members can upgrade their membership to gain early access and support our girls in pursuit of the Premiership title.

Standalone Lions AFLW memberships are also still available.

Be sure to join or upgrade as an AFLW Member by close of business (5pm AEDT) Thursday, 22 March, to ensure you are able to collect your AFLW membership card on the day to gain early access to Ikon Park. Call MemberHQ on 1800 216 885 to join or upgrade now!

There won’t be an official Lions seating bay, however, we recommend all members sit in the Gardiner or Heroes stands.

Member HQ will be located at the ground outside Gate 6 from 9.30am and can help out with any last-minute membership enquiries.

Gates will open to the general public at 11.30am. Entry is free.

The Lions Shop will be at Ikon Park on Saturday from 9.30am until after the final siren, outside Gate 6.
