The Brisbane Lions have made three changes ahead of this weekend's clash with Fremantle on Saturday at the Gabba.

Harris Andrews (foot), Darcy Gardiner (finger) and Rohan Bewick (groin) will all return from injury.

Andrews has not played since the Lions’ Round 7 match against Port Adelaide. The 19-year-old wore a moon boot as he recovered from a plantar fascia injury in his foot.

The key defender’s inclusion will bolster Brisbane’s backline that will also be aided by the return of Gardiner.

Bewick, who signed a two year deal this week, will play his first match since the Round 8 loss to Collingwood.

The Lions will be without Allen Christensen (collarbone) and Jackson Paine (foot).

Paine, who was elevated to the senior list in May, developed foot soreness following last weekend’s loss to Carlton. There is no time-frame set on his return.

Jonathan Freeman has been omitted.

Bounce down is at 4.35pm on Saturday.
