With so much banter being thrown around the Brisbane Lions’ locker room surrounding the most popular segment on LIONS TV, lions.com.au thought it would help settle the argument once and for all by compiling the monthly video views.

For the purpose of the exercise, only the regular features or special interest pieces were included in the results – mainly as the more ‘newsy’ items such as the team song after a win, match highlights, or Senior Coach Justin Leppitsch’s post-match press conference generally dominate the list.

So who had bragging rights in the month of June?

It was a clear win for Jamie Charman and Brent Staker, with the Round 14 edition of Footy Fix holding number one spot for the month.

However, most of the plaudits should probably go to Stakes' girlfriend, Elise, who was the special guest on that particular show as part of the Perfect Partners segment.

Footy Fix: Love is in the Air had almost 1,000 more views (combined across PC, mobile, App, and YouTube) than the ‘pilot’ episode of Cribs with the Mozzies, which rated strongly to finish in a clear second position.

The Mozzies joined forces with Charmo and Stakes later that week for Footy Fix: Mozzie Squad Challenge, which rounded out the place-getters in third spot.

The four instalments of Footy Fix all appeared comfortably inside the top 10 watched shows for the month, while Locker Talk (with Daniel Merrett and Joel Patfull) also rated strongly.

After topping the ratings in May following his ‘brew’ with Lewy Taylor, Matt Maguire’s popular A Brew with Goose dropped to fifth position in June on the back of his segment with Irishman Pearce Hanley.

The two-part Disasterchef special rounded out the top 10.

It’s important to note that no Hanley Trivia or Rocky’s Challenge episodes featured in June, so weren’t part of the latest figures – however, they ranked 5th and 10th respectively in May.
