Our fan controlled AFL Fantasy team is starting to take a bit of shape now with the premium defenders decided.
As with the premium midfielders, there were three clear front runners, Jarrad McVeigh (Sydney), Sam Mitchell (Hawthorn) and fan favorite, Pearce Hanley.
Between the three of them they collected over 60% of the vote with Hanley well clear in front with almost 30% of the votes.
That means it is now time to focus on premium forwards.
