Brisbane Lions ruckman Jamie Charman will join his team-mates on their interstate trip this weekend to make a special appearance for Melbourne-based Lions fans.

Charman, who remains sidelined indefinitely with an achilles injury, will head to the MCG this Sunday to watch the team face Melbourne in their all-important Round 3 encounter.

Lions fans will have an opportunity to meet Charman between 11:15am - 11:45am before the game at the Club’s membership marquee which will be located outside Gate 1 at the MCG.

He will then spend the remainder of the afternoon as a special guest at the Hyundai Kevin Murray Club match-day function alongside regular ‘guest of honour’ - Lions Legend Kevin Murray.

Fans can enjoy the company of both Charman and Murray - as well as a host of other guests - by booking their spot at Sunday’s function for just $140 per head.

The match-day event will be held in the Legends Room at the MCG and includes premium reserved Level 2 seating (located on the wing), an exclusive preview from a Lions Assistant Coach, pre-game and half-time finger food and other entertainment.

Children under the age of 18 are also welcome to attend the function at the reduced rate of $75.
