The AFL has today released the fixture for Week One of the 2022 NAB AFLW Finals Fixture Season 7.
The 2022 NAB AFLW Finals Series Season 7 will feature eight teams in a four-week finals format for the first time – emulating the structure of the AFL Finals.
After securing the Minor Premiership on the weekend by a minuscule margin of just 0.3%, thanks to their romping win of Collingwood, the Brisbane Lions will take on the in-form Richmond Tigers at Metricon Stadium in the first qualifying final.

Richmond are the only side the Lions lost to in Season 7. 4 points the margin when they made the treck down to Swinburne Centre back in Round 5.
The home ground advantage certainly an important factor, especially when playing finals, the Brisbane Lions will be looking to make Metricon Stadium their fortress on Saturday night.
