FREE entry for all fans, the Live Site sits beside the Barossa Park main oval and brings the action to life with Barossa matches shown live on the big screen, plus pre match and half time insights from AFL personalities. Soak up the atmosphere with local food and drink, a relaxed family friendly vibe, and live DJs spinning tunes all weekend long.

There's plenty to keep the kids entertained too — from the AFL Play x SANFL Giant Inflatable Zone, to make your own footy cards and friendship bracelets. Add in free face painting and the crowd favourite giant Ferris Wheel, with free rides and stunning Barossa views, and you've got fun covered from every angle.

 

How to get to Barossa Park

Parking at Barossa Park → Those choosing to drive to Barossa Park should allow 60 to 90 minutes travel time from the Adelaide CBD. There will be no public parking available at Barossa Park. Instead, patrons are encouraged to use one of the designated Park ‘n’ Ride locations, with free shuttle services operating to and from the venue. Patrons should allow an additional 15 to 30 minutes travel time from Park ‘n’ Ride locations to Barossa Park via these shuttles.

Park n Ride → Multiple Park ‘n’ Ride locations will operate across the region, with free Park 'n' Ride shuttle services running from 9:00 am until the first bounce, and again after the match. Available locations include:

Shuttle Buses →

Adelaide Metro will operate free bus shuttle services for ticket holders on Barossa match days. Fans can catch the free City–Barossa Park Bus Shuttle, departing from the Macca’s Footy Festival on King William Road, next to Elder Park, travelling directly to Barossa Park. The journey time is approximately 60 to 90 minutes, with return services operating post‑match.

Additional free shuttle services will also operate from Angaston and Nuriootpa, stopping at key township and accommodation locations and travelling directly to Barossa Park on match days. The journey time is approximately 60 to 90 minutes, with return services operating post‑match.

Bounce Around Barossa →

Bounce Around Barossa is a free hop‑on, hop‑off shuttle that helps fans and families explore the Barossa beyond match day, connecting world‑class wineries and local hidden gems across three routes from Gawler and Tanunda.

Buses run Thursday 9 April to Sunday 12 April, 10am–4pm. The service is free and open to everyone, with no match ticket required.

Public Transport → 

Trains: Adelaide Metro trains run frequent daily services from Adelaide Railway Station to Gawler Railway Station, with travel times typically 45 to 60 minutes. Fans can take the faster route via Gawler Central (GAWC) or the Gawler (GAW) line. From Gawler Railway Station, free Gawler–Barossa Park shuttle buses will operate, transferring patrons directly to Barossa Park. The shuttle journey takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
