Round 6 sees the GWS Giants return to their home ground at Spotless Stadium for the first time this season and they'll be keen to make up for last week's disappointing draw with St Kilda.

Leon Cameron's men had multiple chances to seal the game in the final term, but let themselves down in front of goal to let two important points get away from them.

The Brisbane Lions made a late run at the Suns to almost steal last week's match at the Gabba, but while their comeback was positive, the fact remains that they're still winless in 2018.

Gun forwards Jonathon Patton, Jeremy Cameron and Toby Greene loom as challenges for the Lions, especially if the Giants' midfield can get them consistent opportunities inside 50.

Charlie Cameron is one for the Giants to lock down on, with his speed and goalkicking sense always a danger.

THE SIX POINTS

1. Brisbane and GWS will meet for the seventh time this Saturday. The Lins won the first two meetings, the Giants have won the last four.

2. Despite a quiet game last week, Lions midfielder Dayne Zorko is ranked sixth in the AFL Player Ratings, the highest of any player in this clash.

3. Harris Andrews had another big week down back, taking out Lions' Player of the Round. The young key defender is currently ranked as fourth amongst key defenders in the AFL Players Ratings.

4. Round 6 will be the Giants' first game at Spotless Stadium this season.

5. Daniel Rich remains a test ahead of Round 6. Having missed the last four matches due to an ankle injury, Rich will be looking to make an impact if deemed fit to return this weekend.

6. Saturday will pit two of the best small forwards in the competition against each other. GWS' Toby Greene has kicked seven goals so far in 2018, while Charlie Cameron has been in career-best form, kicking 11 majors in 2018.

It's a big week for... Dayne Zorko

Lions star and All Australian Dayne Zorko was held to just five possessions by Giants' Sam Reid when the Giants visited the Gabba in Round 14 last year.

After being blanketed in last week's QClash, the star onballer will be out to find plenty of footy on Saturday.
