Queenslanders are encouraged to have their say on the legacy plan for the Victoria Park precinct – a State-shaping project that will create a world-class precinct for Queensland in the lead-up to 2032 and beyond.

The Victoria Park Precinct will connect Victoria Park, the new Brisbane Stadium, the National Aquatic Centre and the Brisbane “Ekka” Showgrounds into an internationally recognised recreation, sporting and entertainment precinct.

The master planning process activates the precinct to become a world-class destination that celebrates Brisbane’s unique outdoor lifestyle while creating a vibrant place where people can gather, play, connect and experience unforgettable moments for generations to come.

Victoria Park will remain a free public space, open to locals and visitors year-round.

Public consultation opens today and will run until 27 September.
