The Brisbane Lions recognised the 30-year Anniversary of the Brisbane Bears' inaugural season with a past players and officials reunion function held at the Pineapple Hotel on Saturday 1 April (prior to the Lions' Round 2 clash with Essendon at the Gabba).
A healthy contingent of former Bears, Fitzroy, and Brisbane Lions players and officials were in attendance, and enjoyed the chance to catch up on old times.
