Members are advised that the Club has received approval from ASIC to hold its 2020 AGM

Members are advised that the Club has applied for and received approval from ASIC to hold its 2020 AGM on 3 February 2021.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the AFL season was delayed and the end of season extended, with the season (including the finals series) ending on 24 October 2020. As a result, the Company has been delayed in finalising and preparing its Annual Report for the year ended 31 October 2020 such that it will not be in a position to provide the required notice to members for an AGM to be held at the usual time of mid-December.

Formal Notice of the meeting will be sent to eligible members in due course.
