After being on the Lions Rookie List for three years, Mitch Hinge made his long-awaited debut in 2019 and went on to play two games. Standing at 190cm, the defender is a strong runner and competitive around the ball and has played in two NEAFL Grand Final winning teams.

Hinge grew up in the small South Australian town of Mundulla and is one of six children.
