The quiet achiever from Brisbane’s 2021 draft class impressed greatly in his first pre-season at the Club.
In intraclub games he was a standout with his clean hands, clever ball use and hard work and he carried that form into the pre-season VFL scratch matches where he kicked five goals across his first two outings.
The Club’s final pick in the draft, No 41, made the 450km round trip from Busselton in south-west Western Australia to play for East Perth in the WAFL or the WA State U19s side in his final year of school, and the Lions believe that drive will help him succeed at AFL level.
