The Brisbane Lions will head into the 2016 draft with pick number 2 in their pocket.

The Lions announced list changes earlier this week ahead of the upcoming AFL Trade and Draft periods. Along with their three retirees, they delisted five players.

The first 10 draft selections of each round were locked in last weekend when the home and away season finished but could change depending on the AFL's Trade period which begins on October 10.

As the order stands, the Brisbane Lions will go into the draft with selections 2, 20, 28, 47, 56, 74 and 92.
