Brisbane Lions draftee Zane Zakostelsky will make his Club debut on Sunday against reigning VFL premiers, Gold Coast SUNS in a QClash showdown. 

Named in defence, Zakotstelsky was selected with pick 51 in 2023 AFL Draft from Claremont Football Club in Western Australia 

Standing at 196 centimetres tall, the 18-year-old was adjudged best afield in the WAFL Colts Grand Final last year, is another exciting young talent for Lions fans to keep an eye on. 

Ruck Darcy Fort and VFL-listed utilities Jake Lohmann and Jamieson Shea also return. 

Bruce Reville has been elevated to the AFL along with Harry Sharp, while both James Madden (Hamstring) and Henry Smith (Eye) will miss the SUNS clash through injury. 

Fans are encouraged to get down the Brighton Homes Arena for the first bounce at 12:05pm.
