Young duo Kai Lohmann and Logan Morris are again a chance to return this week as the Brisbane Lions travel to Tasmania to take on North Melbourne at Ninja Stadium.

Lohmann (shoulder) and Morris (calf tightness) missed last week’s QClash win over the Gold Coast SUNS, though are expected to be available for selection to face the Roos.

The Lions will be without key forward Sam Day who was subbed out during the first quarter against the SUNS with a hamstring injury.

Day, who was back running at training on Tuesday, was sent for scans which confirmed a hamstring strain and is likely to be sidelined for approximately six weeks.

Fellow forward Brandon Ryan is also facing some time out due to a facial fracture which occurred in Sunday’s VFL win against the SUNS.

Ryan will see a surgeon later this week to confirm rehabilitation process and timeframe.
