We regret to advise that former Fitzroy player Trevor Lloyd passed away on Thursday evening, at the age of 73.

Lloyd was the 888th player to represent our Club in a senior VFL/AFL match, playing 61 senior games and kicking 19 goals with Fitzroy between 1971-75.

Wearing the number 28 guernsey, he was also part of Fitzroy’s 1974 Reserves Premiership.

The Club extends its sincerest condolences to Lloyd’s family, friends and former teammates at this difficult time.
