The Brisbane Lions VFL side have booted eight goals in the second half to fly home against Gold Coast on Saturday morning.

Bruce Reville booted the Lions first goal but it was SUNS who burst out of the blocks kicking four majors.
Fergus McFadyen gave the Lions their second on the stroke of quarter time as the home side led by seven points.
The Lions midfield showed its class throughout the contest with Reece Torrent, Jimmy Tunstill and Dan Annable all contributing but it was ruck, Henry Smith who led the way.
The 22-year-old finished with 20 disposals, 10 marks, five tackles, 22 hitouts and five clearances stuffing the stat sheet in an enthralling battle with SUNS ruck, Ned Moyle.
Darcy Craven got the Lions off to the perfect start in the second term but it was all Gold Coast after that as they piled on six goals.
Brandon Ryan nailed his opportunity after the SUNS kicked two in a row but a run of four majors had the Lions trailing by 32 points at the main break.
Shadeau Brain continued his strong run of VFL form finishing with 20 touches, 10 marks and five tackles, including a goal saving run down effort last in the last quarter.
Fellow defender Keidean Coleman also enjoyed a solid performance with 21 possessions, five marks and three tackles.
Jack Manly helped the Lions cut the SUNS margin early in the third term and kickstart a four-goal run.
Majors to Annable, Tunstill and McFadyen’s second turned the tide and helped the Lions cut the SUNS lead to 14 points at the final change.
The fourth quarter belonged to the Lions, letting in just two points as the back six clamped down the SUNS forward.
Two goals from Curtis McCarthy had the Lions trailing by just two points before Tunstill’s second helped regain the lead for the first time since early in the opening term.
A long range shot from former SUN Sam Day put the exclamation point on the come from behind victory.
The Lions will now travel to Melbourne to face Coburg as they look to sow-up a top six finish.
