In a near full strength team, 100-game players Ally Anderson, Breanna Koenen and Shannon Campbell have been selected alongside the reigning Best and Fairest winner Belle Dawes, while the side will also feature some promising new faces.
The Lions have selected draftee Marlo Graham and recruit Lily-Rose Williamson on the interchange bench. The pair will pull on the maroon, blue and gold guernsey for the first time in 2026 as they push for selection ahead of the Lions' Round 1 clash against Essendon.
Joining them on the bench are Rania Crozier, Shanae Davison, Sophie Peters, Claudia Wright, Neasa Dooley and Lily Postlethwaite.
Lilly Baker and Evie Long have been named as emergencies.
Saturday's game marks Brisbane's return to Brighton Homes Arena for the first time since their preliminary final win over Carlton last season.
