Joining the Lions as a free agent during the 2025 off season, former West Coast Eagles co-captain, Oscar Allen is set to add more firepower to the Lions forward half. Despite struggling with injury over the last two seasons at the Eagles, the 26-year-old booted 53 goals in 2023 and finished runner up in West Coast’s best and fairest demonstrating the best he can bring the Lions. The 196-centimetre key tall will provide the Lions midfield with another target up forward with his strong overhead marking and ability to crash packs, a feature of his game. Lions fans will be excited to get a glimpse of their new recruit early in 2026.
