Moved to half-back, the 21-year-old used his calmness, high football IQ and skill to become a key member of the 2025 premiership winning side. Known for his ability to stretch the ground, run for days and ball-use, Fletcher will be looking to go from strength to strength in 2026. Fletcher is also the son of former Lion Adrian Fletcher, who played a total of 231 games with Brisbane, Geelong, St Kilda and Fremantle.
