A restricted free agent in 2023, Tom Doedee signed with the Lions after eight seasons with the Adelaide Crows. Following a torrid run with injury in his last three season Doedee, played his first game in Lions colours in 2025, lining up against the Swans in Round 22. After off-season surgery on his wrist, Doedee has been training strongly through the preseason as he looks to push his case for senior selection in 2026.
