The towering ruckman returned home to Queensland in 2022 to revive his AFL career after managing just eight games in three seasons at Geelong. He was the Cats’ first choice in 2020 before injury struck. Recruited as a back-up for Oscar McInerney, Fort has grasped every opportunity at AFL level, often playing as the second ruck. Fort’s accuracy in front of goal is also a point of difference for the 204cm key position player.
