Triple premiership ruckman Fort and two-time premiership utility McKenna have each signed two-year contract extensions until the end of 2028.
While veteran utility McCarthy has put pen to paper to remain in maroon, blue and gold for the 2027 season.
Fort joined the Lions ahead of the 2022 season, after eight games across three years with Geelong, now playing in three consecutive flags in five seasons with Brisbane and is nearing closer to his 100th milestone – with 83 to his name.
McKenna arrived at the Lions via the 2023 pre-season Supplemental Selection Period after two seasons playing Gaelic football in Ireland and 79 games with Essendon prior.
Currently sitting on 149 career games, McKenna is also set to celebrate a key milestone in 2027 with him set to play his 150th.
While McCarthy joined Brisbane during the 2018 Trade Period after 29 games across seven with Geelong – and is now gearing up for his 16th season in total.
Brisbane Lions General Manager Football Danny Daly said retaining the experienced trio was a significant result for the Club.
“It is fantastic to have Darcy, Conor and Linc committed to the Brisbane Lions as they have all played an important role in our success and will continue to do so,” Daly said.
“All three offer plenty on field as players, and their experience and leadership are also incredibly valuable - especially in supporting our younger players.
“We look forward to having all three players and their families continue to be part of the Brisbane Lions.”
