Jack Payne and Bruce Reville will make their returns from injury in the Brisbane Lions VFL Qualifying Final against Footscray on Saturday.

After being sidelined with a foot and fibula injury respectively, Payne and Revile headline eight changes for the Lions who will travel to Melbourne to try and book a spot straight into a VFL Preliminary Final.

AFL substitute from the Lions win over Essendon Harry Sharp returns along with fellow young guns Shadeau Brain and Henry Smith.

Deven Roberston has been selected bringing another weapon into VFL coach, Ben Hudson’s midfield as James Tunstill also returns from concussion.

Key tall Brandon Ryan rounds out the changes to a Lions side which finished third on the VFL ladder.
