The Brisbane Lions AFLW side will have 28 of a possible 30 players available for their Round 1 clash against Hawthorn on Sunday.

2024 draftee, Lilly Baker continues to recover well from her pre-season foot surgery as she increases her training loads.

While the Lions will be without defender Poppy Boltz for at least the next six weeks, after the 24-year-old suffered a hamstring strain.

The Lions host Hawthorn in Round 1 of the 2025 NAB AFLW Season at Brighton Homes Arena with the first bounce from 12:40pm.
