Brisbane Lions premiership defender Noah Answerth is set to return on Sunday against Melbourne at the MCG.
Answerth, who entered concussion protocols following the Lions’ Round 3 win over St Kilda, trained on Tuesday and will again on Thursday to push for selection.
Irish recruit Ben Murphy will also return from a chest injury which occurred in a preseason game and has sidelined him for the first few rounds of the season.
As confirmed on Monday, defender Dayne Zorko has a left calf strain and is expected to miss two to three weeks.
