It will be the first time the Lions have played at home since Easter Thursday.
Those are both forced changes to replace midfielder Jarrod Berry (calf) and defender Noah Answerth (concussion) who both come out of the team due to injury.
Coach Chris Fagan has named the squad which includes Conor McKenna, James Tunstill, Darcy Fort, Shadeau Brain and Darragh Joyce.
Fort also looks set to play having been named to start in the ruck, while the other inclusions are named on the extended bench.
Rounding out the interchange is Kai Lohmann, Logan Morris, Zane Zakostelsky and Bruce Reville.
Sunday’s match at the Gabba is scheduled to start at 3:15pm, which will be broadcast live on Seven, Fox Footy and Kayo.
The Lions will name their final team at 5pm on Friday.
