AFL Team Announcement: Joyce called up for Carlton clash

The Brisbane Lions have made just the one change as it prepares to host Carlton at the Gabba on Friday night.

Irish defender Darragh Joyce has received another opportunity at AFL level after being named to replace Ty Gallop who has entered concussion protocols.

Joyce has been named on the interchange alongside teammates Kai Lohmann, Lincoln McCarthy, Conor McKenna, and Bruce Reville.

The Lions three emergencies are Zane Zakostelsky, Will McLachlan and James Tunstill.

Friday night’s match at the Gabba against Carlton is scheduled to start at 7:30pm and will be broadcast live on Seven, Fox Footy and Kayo.
