A pioneer of the AFLW competition, Starcevich has been the Lions' senior coach since its inception in 2017, guiding the program to two premierships and nine finals campaigns.
Starcevich said he was excited to remain with the Club for another three years.
“I love coming to work every day and working with the staff and players to achieve great things for our club,” Starcevich said.
“It’s been an amazing journey over the past 11 seasons, and I’m glad to be staying on for another three. We have a proud playing group who are eager to bounce back strongly next year.
“We’re in the middle of an exciting time at the Brisbane Lions. Our club is the place to be at the moment, and the environment at Brighton Homes Arena is attractive to both players and staff.
“I’d like to thank the Club, and especially Sam Graham, Danielle Smith and Andrew Wellington, for entrusting me with the reins of the program.
“Another big thank you goes to our AFLW staff and players, many of whom have been together since the competition began.”
Brisbane Lions CEO Sam Graham said he was thrilled that Starcevich would continue at the Club for another three seasons.
“Craig has led the way in the AFLW competition for the past decade. His leadership, professionalism and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the development and continued success of our AFLW program,” Graham said.
“He is a great coach, colleague and friend to many at the Lions, and we are delighted he has decided to stay with us.
"We are excited about the future of our AFLW program and with Craig at the helm, we can continue to build on the legacy he has built for the Lions and women’s football in Queensland.
"We thank Craig for his ongoing dedication to our Club and look forward to continuing our successful partnership."
