After an impressive showing in their last practice game against Southport, the Brisbane Lions will head into tomorrow's practice match with another strong squad.

Following a late venue change, the Lions will again host the Sharks at Brighton Homes Arena, with action set to kick off from 11am on Saturday.

Brisbane fans will get their first look at exciting father-son, Darryl McDowell-White, who makes his return from injury, while hard nut, Noah Answerth will continue his build back from injury.

After his best-on-ground performance a fortnight ago, Jarryd Lyons will be looking to have the same impact as he pushes for a spot in Chris Fagan's side.

Round 1 emergencies Jaxon Prior, Darragh Joyce, Harry Sharp and Darcy Fort have all been named to play but are subject to availability.

Tahj Abberley will return from injury for his first game, while experienced VFL-listed players, Kyle Dunkley, Wylie Buzza and Harry Arnold have also been named.

This is the last practice match for the Lions VFL before they host Werribee Tigers in Round 1.

Fans are encouraged to get down to Brighton Homes Arena at 11am to cheer on the Lions.
