The other out is midfielder James Tunstill who returns to the VFL, making way for Zorko.
The Lions interchange consist of Curtin, Kai Lohmann, Lincoln McCarthy, Conor McKenna and Bruce Reville.
Tunstill is listed as one of three emergencies along with defender Darragh Joyce and forward Will McLachlan.
